This house is about 5 blocks from a Vons Supermarket with sidewalks all the way there. There is a public library on the way and also a Carl's Jr. It is less than 3 miles toScripps Memorial hospital. It is 12 miles from my house via 805 to 52 to 15.. It is probably about same distance or less to Gambro via 805 to 56. View here is to the West.
Front Door view of street. Notice there are no houses across street. Twisting to the right, you see the front of house and the landscaping immediately in front.

Photo below shows sitting room or La Sala located immediately to the right of the entry hall. Notice fireplace and sliding glass door to side yard. You can't quite see it, but at extreme left is a counter in the kitchen.

Dining Area next to family room. Notice view through all the windows into small back yard. Photo on right is of dining area door leading to kitchen. Afternoon sun would be coming in these windows. Morning sun comes into the two front bedrooms, but Master Bedroom also has Western exposure. Afternoon exposure because house is not air-conditioned though it does have central heating.

Master Bedroom in left photo and in background of photo on right. Photo on right shows one of two master bedroom closets. This one is in entry area into Master bedroom suite. Opposit the closet, seen in photo below which is to the left as you enter the master suite are another closet and also sinks and mirrors. Beyond these is a door leading to the toilet and shower.
Shower in master bathroom. Opposite shower is a toilet.
Second and Third Bedroom. Both have Northern exposures to the street.
